One Way of Finding a Cute Bathing Suit

I struggle so much with finding the right bathing suit. It's so hard to find a bathing suit that fits the way I want and is flattering. I don't like the bathing suits that are cut so low on your waist, because I don't really like having my stomach out. So often I need to go with the high waisted style because it is so hard to find mid rise bottoms. High waisted are also especially popular and easy to find because they are the trending style right now. I just want to share where I find my bathing suits and places I think have a great selection for all figures. If you are looking for a bathing suit before those last few beach days, an end of summer vacation, or a day in the sun, keep reading!

You are guaranteed to find a cute suit from Target. They have a huge selection in all styles. What I like about Target is that they have some pretty colorful suits but also more neutral ones so you can find a balance for your summer. In general when I purchase bathing suits I buy a fun top and neutral bottoms and Target is great for this. You can find black bottoms in any style and then a few cute tops to go with it. They also always sell sets so you can find whatever look you are going for.

I recently just discovered how cute Hollister clothes are and was even more excited when I realized they had tons of bathing suit options. I found that they had very unique colors and patterns and plenty of styles for tops. They were very limited in the options they had for bottoms though. They also sold out of styles super fast so I would recommend purchasing right away and then later returning if need be. I love the top I got, I've linked the style here but they are sold out of the color I bought it in.

American Eagle didn't have really cute styles this summer. They did have the mid-high waisted bottoms in the waffle material that has been very popular this summer. I found that they only had very cheeky bottoms, wicked high waisted bottoms, and only a few mid-rise bottoms. Luckily I found a mid-rise pair that were super cute. I bought my mid-rise waffle bottoms from them in the store and they matched really well with a waffle top I got from Hollister. What I liked about these bottoms is that they were high on my hips but then cut lower on my stomach.

Cupshe is a website I found a year ago and I bought a few suits from them. I love their sets because they are wicked cute and trendy. I got a hunter green bikini with a one shoulder top and scallop edges, and the bottoms were reversible, one side being solid green and the other with a cute leaf print. They don't have the set I bought but here are two similar, this one has the same top, and this one has the same bottoms. They also were really good quality and still look great this summer. I just felt that the bottoms were too high waisted and next time I will go with a lower cut.

Bathing suit shopping can be really difficult but I found that getting pieces from different places is much better than shopping from one store. It lets you get styles you want and are flattering for your figure. Just keep in mind to make sure you don't get too many colors and prints and not enough neutrals. You want to have balance so you can have plenty of options for a cute set!
